Ingredients

chia seeds
soaked in 1/4 cup cold water

peach
1
cup
baby arugula

oz.
plain Greek yogurt
1/4
cup
cold water
4-5
ice cubes
Dash of ground ginger
Instructions
Soak the chia seeds in water for a 2-3 minutes to thicken. Meanwhile, chop the peach and remove the pit.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You can also store this smoothie in the fridge overnight for a quick and easy breakfast. Just be sure to cover it!
