Peach Arugula Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 peach
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Dash of ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chia seeds in water for a 2-3 minutes to thicken. Meanwhile, chop the peach and remove the pit.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can also store this smoothie in the fridge overnight for a quick and easy breakfast. Just be sure to cover it!
