Choosing to work with Coach Laura was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made for my running journey. Too many good things to say in one paragraph! She takes all the guesswork out of how to safely improve with individualized plans that are made 4 weeks at a time. She provides structure but is always available to adapt the plan to meet the demands of life- whether it is sickness, weather, travel, work, etc. She also offers great advice on everything running-related (fueling, mindset, shoes/clothing, aches/injuries, and more). She draws on experience as a runner and a coach in addition to the research. In addition to hitting multiple PRs since I started working with her, I also feel more confident about running being a sustainable, lifelong activity. Highly recommend!
