I earned my coaching certification in late 2015 and worked with my first clients at the start of 2016. Since then, I’ve worked with over 475+ runners; some just for a single race cycle, some for 7+ years now.
I write plans in four week blocks for a couple of reasons. Firstly, this billing and plan cycle provides a smooth set-up if you are looking to train for a 12, 16, or 20 week race cycle. Secondly, this approach allows me to onboard you at any point in the month – no waiting to the start of a new month!
I do not! It is important to me that coaching is a good fit for you. Sometimes, it takes a trial month to determine if it’s a good fit.
I use Final Surge as my coaching platform. For communication, I use email and text messaging.
I provide the option to add on strength training to your running plan for an additional $15/block. Since my master’s degree focused heavily on sport nutrition and I am a certified sports nutritionist, I can provide guidance on what you eat before and during runs. However, nutritional guidance around daily nutrition, body composition changes, bloodwork interpretations, etc. are referred out to registered dietitians. I do not provide running gait analysis, but I can provide safe and basic form cues.
