Even with it being the hottest month of the year, July still featured several strong races from Team Norris Running athletes!
Pete raced the Peachtree 10K and ran a 15K PR at the Boilermaker 15K!
Mark ran a 2-minute PR in the 4-mile distance!
Jessica completed her first sprint triathlon and placed first in her age group! She then improved her 5K time in the sprint triathlon by almost 2-minutes!
Chelsey won her age group in a local 5K and placed sixth woman overall!
Aimee ran the Ragnar Northwest Relay!
Mariah ran a PR and achieved her goal of a sub-35 min 5K!
Katie ran a 2-minute course PR at Boilermaker 15K!
Jess ran a 5K PR and placed fourth in her age group!
Grace ran her second-fastest marathon and didn’t quit despite a tough race!
I have to give a huge shout-out to every single one of my athletes. July was a brutal month weather-wise, yet these runners were smart about it and still put in the hard work!
