Athlete Accomplishments: November 2019

November marks the end of fall racing season, and what an exciting month of racing it was! Team Norris Running athletes experienced a successful month of races, in everything from 5Ks to marathons to trail races. 

Chelsey ran a 1:37 and placed fourth woman overall/1st in her age group at the Buckeye Half Marathon! 

Mark ran an 8-minute PR of 3:09 at the New York City Marathon!

Laura ran NYCM with a time of 4:00 (a course PR)!

Jessica ran a 1:19 at the Chicago Hot Chocolate 15K!

Morgan ran a half marathon PR of 1:50:52 at Indy!

Lindsey ran a 10K PR of 47 minutes and ran a 31km trail race!

Sam ran a 5K PR of 33:38!

Danielle ran a course PR of 1:44:08 at the Monterey Bay Half!

Karla ran a 1:53 at the Monterey Bay Half! 

Stephanie ran a 10K PR! 

Natalie raced the Richmond Marathon!

Karla ran the RNR Vegas Half! 

Marlene raced a 10K!

Kimberly raced a 57 minute 10K at the start of the month and a 54 minute 10K on Thanksgiving!

Jennifer ran a course PR of 4:29 at the Philly Marathon!

Pete ran a 4:34 at the Philly Marathon and a 10K PR/3rd in his Ag at a turkey trot!

Clarke completed his first marathon at the Philly Marathon!

Faith raced a half marathon PR of 2:00:03 at the Seattle Half Marathon!

Mackenzie ran a 25:08 5K as her first postpartum race! 

Aimee ran a Turkey Trot 5K!

Marcus raced a 21-minute 5K!

Danielle ran a 23-min Turkey Trot!

Kelly raced a 28-minute 5K!

Caroline ran a 39-minute Turkey Trot!

 Nicole ran her second and fastest postpartum 5K in 34:38!
